About Softvole
Softvole is the behind-the-scenes WordPress production team for agencies that want senior execution without building another internal department. Founded in 2024 by Shuvo Sarker and KMR Jibon, the company works only with agencies and keeps the partner agency in full control of the client relationship.
Built around an agency capacity problem, not a generic web-service menu
Growing agencies hit an awkward point. Client demand increases before headcount can safely increase. A freelancer may be strong but still has one calendar. An in-house hire can solve capacity but adds recruiting time, payroll, management, and the risk of carrying unused capacity when the pipeline slows.
Softvole was built around a narrower idea: agencies should be able to add reliable WordPress and WooCommerce production capacity without changing who owns the client. That meant designing the company around white label delivery from the beginning, not adding a white label package to a direct-to-client agency later.
The result is a service model with clear boundaries. Softvole builds and maintains the site. The partner agency keeps strategy, communication, pricing, invoicing, and relationship ownership. NDAs are available on request. The finished website, design files, and code transfer to the partner agency on final payment, subject to third-party licenses.
Two founders, separate operating responsibilities
Agency partners should know who is accountable for delivery and who is accountable for the relationship.

Core values are only useful when they change how projects run
Each principle below maps to a practical operating rule that affects an agency partner.
Agency relationships stay agency-owned
No direct pitching, no client poaching, no footer credits, and no attempt to become the visible vendor later.
Senior execution over cheap throughput
The goal is not the lowest hourly rate. The goal is to reduce management and rework that make low-cost outsourcing expensive after the fact.
One ecosystem, repeated deeply
WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, ACF, Figma, integrations, redesigns, and maintenance are the center of production.
Scope must be visible
Requirements, dependencies, and out-of-scope work are surfaced before extra effort is committed.
QA is part of delivery
Responsive, browser, functional, and speed checks are treated as production work, not a final favor.
Project management should disappear
The ideal partner experience is one project lead, clear review points, consolidated feedback, and fewer things the agency has to chase.
A narrow fit is part of the operating model
Not every project belongs here, and saying that clearly is healthier than forcing every lead into the same pipeline.
Not a direct-to-client agency
Softvole is designed for partner agencies. Business owners looking for a visible end-to-end agency relationship are not the core fit.
Not a multi-platform generalist shop
The company is centered on WordPress and WooCommerce rather than presenting a long list of unrelated site builders and frameworks.
Not an hourly body-rental model
Project work is scoped around deliverables and fixed quotes. Agencies buy an agreed outcome, not an open meter.
The agency sees a project lead, not a rotating cast
Behind the project lead is a senior production team, but the partner agency should not need to coordinate that team contributor by contributor.
| Role | What the agency experiences | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Project lead | One named contact for scope, updates, revisions, and delivery | Fewer handoff gaps and less chasing |
| Design and development | Work coordinated inside one delivery system | Less translation between separate vendors |
| QA | Checks before agency presentation | Reduces the chance that the agency becomes the testing team |
| Leadership | Named escalation path | Accountability stays clear when intervention is needed |
